Monica Mesa-Alvarez, MPA, PhD
Research and Development Associate (they/them)Monica Mesa-Alvarez, PhD, is the Research and Development Associate for the National Leadership Consortium on Developmental Disabilities. Monica coordinates all technical support and organizational evaluation components of NLCDD programs. Monica’s research projects have focused on developing and validating tools that help disability sector organizations assess the alignment between their values and practices and best practices in the field. Their work with NLCDD has also centered around providing actionable technical support to agencies to enhance the use of evidence-based practices and strategic decisions.
