NLCDD provides targeted leadership development, training, and support to disability service sector leaders representing a range of management and leadership roles and positions. These workshops are created and delivered to meet the specific developmental needs of leaders in various stages of their careers and leadership roles.
Targeted Leadership and Development workshops are for teams and organizations and are entirely comprised of experiential exercises, activities, assessments, and small and large group discussions. They provide space for leaders to practice and hone specific leadership skills while building relationships. Workshops can be held virtually or in person, in person workshops typically include one or more 6-8 hours sessions while virtual workshops are comprised of one or more 3- or 4-hour sessions.
