You got the job/the promotion/the new title! Now what?
If you’re new (or new-ish) to a leadership role that includes first-time responsibilities around supervision, managing teams, and accountability beyond your own day-to-day work, the Leadership Essentials Workshop is for you!
Throughout the three sessions, we’ll cover core leadership topics to help you feel better prepared to succeed as an emerging disability field leader. When you attend, you’ll gain:
- A deeper understanding of the leadership strengths you already bring to your role.
- Increased confidence in your interpersonal communication, conflict, & trust-building skills.
- Actionable skills & strategies to foster a cohesive, safe, & accountable culture.
- Connections to a network of passionate emerging leaders, like you.
The Leadership Essentials Workshop will include NLCDD’s signature mix of short bursts of learning, applicable discussions, self-insight tools, real-world exercises, and take-home resources that you can immediately use on the job.
This workshop is open to all and is not limited to Leadership Institute graduates
