Feedback is one of the most powerful drivers of growth, engagement, and performance—yet many leaders and employees avoid it.
This three-session workshop helps leaders transform feedback from a source of anxiety into a catalyst for development, trust, and accountability.
You’ll learn practical strategies for giving feedback with confidence, receiving it with openness, and leading the critical conversations that strengthen relationships, improve employee engagement, and inspire growth. Whether you’re looking to build a stronger team culture or sharpen your leadership skills, this workshop will provide the tools and approaches needed to create an environment where feedback fuels learning, accountability, and success.
The Leading Feedback Workshop will include NLCDD’s signature mix of short bursts of learning, applicable discussions, self-insight tools, real-world exercises, and take-home resources that you can immediately use on the job.
This workshop is open to all and is not limited to Leadership Institute graduates

Cost: $300
